Bloomington offers what we consider as top tier health services. We have a physical therapist that comes out quarterly to assess our clients mobility, group classes to help maintain and increase mobility, and also vital and health assessments done by a licensed nurse.
Our nurses collect information and data from patients which is then used to create a plan to get the patient’s health back to good standings.
Our Physical Therapists provide hands on care, exercises, and education to keep our elders mobile.
